7th grade homework #8 1.23.2018

Watch this video on the muscular system and answers the following questions:

 1. IDENTIFY 3 functions of the muscular system given in the lesson. 
2. EXPLAIN how the brain and muscles work together.
3. EXPLAIN what happens to your muscle fibers when you expose them to stress.
4. IDENTIFY what you need to do in order to build new muscles.
5. IDENTIFY 2 variables that can affect a person's ability to build muscle.
