3. EXPLAIN how a scientist studying a virus has to think about constraints.
4. DESCRIBE all of the constraints engineers working on the Mars Rover had to think about.
5. Make a list of at least 3 creative constraints you will have to consider while working on the Invention Convention. EXPLAIN each of your answers with a reason.
