8th grade science homework
Click on the link above to be taken to an article about the physics of shooting a rubber band. READ the article, watch the video and then write a short paragraph OR draw a diagram that EXPLAINS the best way to shoot a rubber band AND describes the energy transfers occurring when shooting a rubber band. Students should use the following words in their explanations: tension, elastic potential energy, motion energy.
